John G. Diefenbaker International Airport
Over the last 80 years, John G. Diefenbaker International Airport has gone through tremendous upgrades and restructuring. In 2015 the airport finished its $53 million project adding 5 new terminals, retail/office space. Building for a capacity of 2 million passengers. Since taking over the responsibilities of the airport in 1999, Saskatoon Airport Authority has invested over $100 million in construction, restoration and expansion projects throughout the airport.
The John G. Diefenbaker Airport surpassed a milestone in 2014 with over 1.48 million passengers to have come through the terminal gates.
The Airport Industrial Area is supported by over 320 businesses, and just minutes from the Saskatoon downtown core and major transportation arteries.
